Vampire Diaries Video Recap - 3.20 'Do Not Go Gentle'

Trying the video recap thing again, thought it would be a lot more fun with The Vampire Diaries. So in the video I talk about some of the bigger points in the episode: Alaric, Esther, Bonnie's Untouched Vagina, and Jeremy Gilbert's miracle tears. Also, at one point I try and take on the biggest star of the show: Damon's Eyebrow's, and recreate one of it's scenes.  So if you want to hear my thoughts on last's night's downer of an episode, watch the video below!

Speculation on Vampire Diaries 3x17 "The Murder Of One"

Looks like its another episode of Joe speculating as to where a show might go. Vampire Diaries is probably one of the hardest to predict because just when you think they are going to zig, they zag, but lord knows I will try my damndest.

Last night’s episode of Vampire Diaries showed that the show is back on track. Everything is building again and there is more of a clear focus as to where things are going. This season has had its ups and downs; moments where the show for the first time has lost its way, but these last couple episodes have really gotten the show back on track.

The Vampire Diaries vs Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Who did better Mythology?

(don't worry about the picture, this isn't a shipping war)

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away a man by the name of Joss Whedon created a show about a 16 year old vampire slayer and her romance with a vampire. Okay, it was more than just that, but I'm sure that's what Joss went in with when he pitched it. If for some reason you have never heard of the show, it survived for 7 years and 1 cancellation. It helped pioneer shows about strong independent women, and was very well written. But now times have changed and there are other shows that are doing the same thing, some that are doing it even better. What I want to talk about though is how The Vampire Diaries did a show about vampires so much better than Buffy did.

Bonnie Bennett and The Untouched Vagina

A couple days ago, Julie Plec took to twitter and expressed some personal opinions about Bonnie Bennett. Now, they weren't exactly rude or anything at all but some fans took it as an insult to them. She has since taken the tweets down, but a screen capture can be seen here. Or just read it here:
